- Established Home First inspections, ensuring safe housing for 1000 homes every year
- Voted for an annual $2.5 million for affordable housing
- Secured financing for the South Circle Drive Bridge
- Upgraded intersection at Airport Drive and Claypool Ave.
- Approved Blairmore subdivision and 5 new neighbourhoods
- Promoted development of the river bank
- Opened Shaw Centre and Olympic-sized swimming pool
- Fought for 365-day transit service, subsidized bus passes
- Approved $2.5 million for enhanced bicycle routes
- Supported police service to get more cops on the streets

- Create 2500 new affordable homes in next 5 years
- Tax abatement program to allow seniors to stay in their homes
- Replace Mayfair pool
- Complete rive bank development
- Replace transit buses with hybrids, and subsidize bus passes for low-income residents
- Promote eco-friendly development and sources of renewable energy through tax incentives
